About the house

Q. How many groups can stay per day?

A. This house can only be rented for one group at a time. The minimum stay is two nights, with a maximum of five people.

Q. Is it possible to cook at the house? Also, what kind of cooking equipment is available?

A. Cooking is possible at the house. A full range of cooking utensils and tableware is provided.

Q. Is smoking allowed in the house?

A. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited inside the house and on the streets.

Q. Can I have a barbecue on the terrace?

A. Barbecues are not permitted on the terrace.

Q. Can preschool children stay?

A. Yes, that is possible. We accept reservations for school age children and above as one person.

Q. Can I check in early or check out late?

A. Generally, check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00 and check-out is until 11:00, but if you have a preference, please contact us. We will try to accommodate your request.

Q. Are pets allowed?

A. Sorry, but pets are not allowed.

Q. Is a long stay possible?

A. Yes, that is possible. Please contact us.

Q. Can I bring in food or have it catered?

A. Yes, you can. There are many shops around Shin-Osaka Station. Please feel free to use them.

Q. Are there any convenience stores or supermarkets around the inn?

A. There are many convenience stores and supermarkets within a 15-minute walk.

Q. I plan to come by car. Is there parking available?

A. Our garage can accommodate only one small car. There are many paid parking lots nearby, so please feel free to use them.

Q. Are there any sightseeing spots nearby?

A. There are many shops, hotels, restaurants, etc. inside and around the station, where you can enjoy Osaka’s signature dishes and products.
