Options

　Cleaning and linen changes during your stay will be provided upon separate estimate.

We value our facilities and environment with the cooperation of our neighbors

so that all guests can have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

To ensure that everyone can stay comfortably and safely,

we ask for your cooperation in observing the house rules.

SOST is a terrace house in particular,

so we share a wall with our neighbors on the north side.

Noise is strictly prohibited between 8pm and 7am.

House Rules

Check-in: After 4:00pm to 8:00pm

・Please let us know your arrival time. We will check your ID in person at check-in.

During your stay

・Smoking and fire are strictly prohibited inside and around the building. Shoes are also not allowed inside the building, and pets are not allowed.

　＊Any violation will incur a fine of 20,000 yen.

・There are people living next door to you on the north side of the wall, and the surrounding area is a residential area, so please refrain from making loud noises, especially after 8pm to 7am.

・Please separate your garbage and put it in the garbage bin inside the building. Please do not take it outside. Also, if you make a mess of the room, please do some simple cleaning.

・Please feel free to use the kitchen. Also, be sure to turn on the exhaust fan when cooking or eating.

・Please use beds, linens, etc. only for the number of people booked and take good care of them.

・If you use more than the number of people booked, an additional fee of 5,000 yen per person x number of nights will be charged.

・Please turn off electricity, air conditioning, and water when not in use. Please also lock the door when you go out.

・Do not take away any equipment. If you do take away or damage any equipment, please report it immediately.

　＊If the room is very dirty, if items are damaged or taken away, or if large items are left behind, we may ask for compensation.

Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.

・Please double-check that you have not left anything behind in your room.

・Please tidy up as much as possible and turn off the lights and air conditioning.

・Please leave the ventilation fan on.

・Please let us know your check-out time. We will inspect the room in your presence.

・We do not accept luggage storage after check-out. Please use coin lockers at the station to store your luggage.
